This recipe yields about 3/4 cup, just double or triple it for a larger crowd!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 garlic clove, pressed (tip: we love the Pampered Chef garlic press)
- Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight lid. Shake vigorously to combine.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake to recombine before using.
