In the spirit of "Eat Dessert First," enjoy the first post for this blog. Pictured is my dd's vegan chocolate birthday cake made with this recipe and decked out with sea shells molded out of chocolate.
Although this site will have more entree recipes than anything else, I am starting with one of the favorite make ahead recipes at our house, Vegan Chocolate Cake. It is egg-free, moist and highly requested. And, yes, we make up 8-10 batches of the dry mix at one time.
